Hello I would like to say I am loving vivacious etc but that is not always the case - although I have moments - I believe I am an extremely interesting person - a little left of centre - I love a great conversation and can talk about a wide variety of topics and have strong opinions on many subjects but small talk leaves me stumped - Flirting goes over my head - I love my dog - my house that I am renovating - gardening etc blah blah - I have a full life and actually do not miss company that much as I like time to myself and my own space but I do miss a laugh and good conversation and sometimes someone to do things with - I feel I might be a bit more adventurous if I was not on my own - I am the best cook I know and would love to travel Tassie and do a realistic and informed food and tourism blog - I am often witty and intelligent and then can make the biggest foot in mouth events you have ever seen - nor is tact my strong point - I am totally honest - hard working - innovative and resilient - and no matter what people say that is a rare thing - I am trying hard to think of things I like but I cannot think of much I dont like - its a balance thing - I am very open minded about life and will have a go at most things - would love to find someone to travel with as single supplements are a killer - I would like to go to Eastern Europe - and many other places

I am a fun loving 71 year old who has been widowed for 2 years. I have 3 adult children that I love very much. I have lived in the beautiful Huon Valley most of my life. friends say I have a large heart and like giving to others, especially if they are worse off than myself.
I like gardening, music, traveling in small doses, usually no further than Tasmania, going out to dances, dinner, lunch and morning or afternoon Tea and volunteering. Currently I volunteer for Huon and Kingston FM Community Radio.

I am not wanting to do much traveling happy to see more of Tasmania. My ears play up really badly on airplanes. I love spending time in the garden and keeping the house up kept.
